Clause 1 Designation and national emblem

Paragraph 2:

The coat of arms of the town shows a two-towered silver castle on red above a green shield base with three silver wavy bars, on whose crenellated wall above a closed gate a golden, blue-tongued wolf looking back is striding to the right.

Paragraph 3:

The city colors are green and white.

Paragraph 4:

The city flag shows the colors green and white in two equal longitudinal panels. In the upper half of the flag is the city coat of arms in a size of a quarter of the total length.
