Digital participation for deaf people

For many deaf people, text language is like a foreign language. To enable them to participate digitally, districts and municipalities have been obliged to provide services for the deaf since February 2022. Together with many other municipalities, districts and Charamel GmbH from Cologne, the city of Wolfsburg is working on more comprehensive digital participation for deaf people in the participatory project "Kommunaler Gebärdensprach-Avatar" (KGA). |
