Bank letter/ Registration certificate Part II

If, despite the safekeeping of the vehicle registration document or the registration certificate Part II at the Bank, a service is to be requested for which the presentation of the vehicle registration document or the registration certificate Part II is required, the customer shall request the same from the Bank.

The Bank will send the vehicle registration certificate or the registration certificate Part II to the registration authority. Processing can only take place after receipt of the vehicle registration certificate or the registration certificate Part II.

The bank requires the address of the location of the registration authority where the audition appointment was or will be booked, as well as the purpose. The bank decides whether the Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil II will be issued to the customer, or returned to the bank.

Information on whether the registration certificate has already been received by the registration authority can also be obtained online.

Online procedure of the service

Fees are charged in accordance with the scale of fees for road traffic measures (GebOSt) in an amount between 5.10 euros and 15.30 euros. The actual amount of the fee can only be determined on site on presentation of the complete be determined.
