Driver's license - first issue for passenger / passenger transport

You will need the following documents:

• the identity card/passport
• the driver's license and, if available, the passenger's license
• a certificate or expert opinion from an ophthalmologist
• a medical certificate of physical and mental fitness (not older than one year) in accordance with Appendix 5 of the Driving License Ordinance (FeV)
• a certificate from a doctor with the title of occupational medicine or the additional title of occupational medicine or from an assessment center for fitness to drive
• a certificate of good conduct of type 0 (to be applied for at Bürgerdienste, room B 015)
• for ambulances only: certificate of attendance at a first aid course

You will need the following documents:

• for ambulances only: certificate of attendance at a first aid course
