Arbitration Office

Are you annoyed by your neighbors' leaves on your property? Do your neighbors mow their lawn loudly every day of the week and at any time of day? Have you been insulted, threatened or even injured?

Before you turn to the courts with your problem, an out-of-court conciliation body can help you. In some cases, this is even mandatory. Below you will find a list of voluntary arbitrators in your municipality to help you.

In the arbitration hearing, you and your opponent will work together to find a solution that is acceptable to both sides. No judgment is passed, so no one has to leave the court as the loser. The outcome of court proceedings, on the other hand, is not always certain!

Furthermore, court proceedings are associated with considerable costs. The costs of arbitration are much lower.
