"agile in Wolfsburg"
Competent support for young people!
In May 2022, the Health division launched "agil in Wolfsburg", an important new project to support young adults with mental health and/or addiction problems. "agil in Wolfsburg" aims to provide affected people with early, competent and needs-based support.
The target group of the program are young adults aged 18-35 who suffer from mental stress and/or addiction and are in receipt of citizen's benefit (formerly ALG II).
In order to provide the young adults with the most "agile" and comprehensive support possible, "agil in Wolfsburg" works closely with various Wolfsburg stakeholders and institutions. The cooperation partners include
- the social psychiatric service of the city of Wolfsburg
- the Wolfsburg Youth and Drug Counseling Service
- the addiction support service of the Diakonie Wolfsburg
- Lavie Reha gGmbH
- the Wolfsburg Job Center
The project is scientifically supported and evaluated by the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences and the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin.
