A vaccination against yellow fever, which is recommended for travel to certain countries in South America and Africa, can be carried out after prior contact by telephone on 05361 28-2020 or by email to gesundheitsamt@stadt.wolfsburg.de. It would be helpful for the procedure if you could print out and complete the attached forms and bring them with you to the appointment. Please also bring your vaccination cards with you.
