Institute Heidersberger
The Institut Heidersberger is dedicated to the scientific and artistic examination of the life's work of Heinrich Heidersberger, who became known above all as an architectural photographer and creator of the so-called rhythmograms.
Located in the artist's former studio, the institute is more than just an archive. In the sense of a workshop, it develops ideas and concepts for artistic projects in order to take up and further develop aspects of Heidersberger's complex work. In addition, the Heidersberger Institute works closely with experts in the fields of photographic technology, photo conservation and photo restoration.
