Since October 19, 2024, the artist Bettina Hackbarth and the artist Volker Veit from Wolfsburg have been exhibiting their works of art in Halberstadt's Schraube Museum.

The exhibition "OPUS 35 - A Duo in a Quartet" is the second part of the joint project between the cities of Wolfsburg and Halberstadt to mark the 35th anniversary of their town twinning.
Both artists work in their studios at Neuhaus Castle near Wolfsburg. Bettina Hackbarth paints uncompromisingly but with great attention to detail, mostly in large acrylic formats. She is inspired by dreams, poetry and philosophy. Volker Veit's works encompass various techniques and forms of representation and are inspired by contemporary dance, music and literature.

COFFEE KLATSCH AT SCHRAUBE WITH WOLFSBURG ARTISTS
On Sunday, November 17, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., interested parties can enjoy a leisurely chat with both artists over coffee and cake and learn a lot about their artworks during a joint tour of the exhibition.
The coffee klatch will take place in the salon of the Schraube Museum, Voigtei 48, 38820 Halberstadt.
Admission costs €3 per person plus entry to the museum
