A lease agreement must be concluded between the organizer and the city for the use of municipal festival sites. Depending on the type and duration of the event and the space used, a rental fee is charged, as well as a deposit, which is refunded after the event has ended and the space has been returned in proper condition.

Applications for short-term leases of fairgrounds must be submitted informally to the Property and Facility Management division at least 2 months before the planned event.
