Road construction in Hellwinkel Terrassen will start at the end of November. The Nelkenweg will be constructed first in two phases, followed by the north-south road and finally the Veilchenweg and the main access road to the development area. The work includes the roads, cycle paths and footpaths, drainage, parking bays and landscaping.

The work will be carried out in small sections so that residents will only be affected for a short period of time. The construction management will provide information about the specific times in advance. The respective building entrances will be accessible on foot at all times, but access to the respective underground parking garage will not be possible. As the work is being carried out in sections, the construction period will last around one year in total.
