As a preparatory measure for the start of construction of the Alternative Green Route (AGR) between Reislinger Straße and Steimker Gärten planned for May, so-called deterrent measures are being put in place this week. The aim is to prevent birds that breed on the ground from building nests. Flutter tape is being used for this purpose. In addition, it has already been ensured that there are currently no nests in the area where AGR's northern construction phase will start in May. Compensatory areas in the form of fallow strips have been set up. The measures have been agreed with the responsible environmental authority and are a prerequisite for the start of this construction project.
