Family caregivers often face the challenge of reconciling caring for a loved one with work and family. To support them, the Wolfsburg senior citizens' and care support center is launching a discussion group, a protected space for exchange, relief and professional advice. Two experienced social education workers accompany the group and provide valuable tips on topics such as coping with stress, self-care and organization in everyday care. The aim is to strengthen family members, open up new perspectives and promote social networks.

The discussion group for family caregivers usually meets on the last Tuesday of the month from 4.30 to 6 p.m. at Schillerstraße 40. However, the next meeting will take place exceptionally on Wednesday, April 30. Attendance is free of charge.
