The basis for the prosecution of administrative offenses are reports by the police and the municipal public order service as well as private reports.

A warning fine of up to 55.00 euros can be levied for minor offenses, including stopping or parking violations. The warning is accepted when the fine is paid on time.

In fine proceedings, the costs of the proceedings must always be imposed in addition (25.00 euros in fees and expenses).
