Your first point of contact in the city hall!
On many pages of the city hall, the Service Center is mentioned as a contact. Here, due to a well-filled knowledge database as a working basis, many questions can be answered directly, quickly and comprehensively.
After an average of 18 seconds, you have a personal contact person on the phone. Thanks to an extensive knowledge database and many specialized applications, the 22 employees of the Service Center can already solve two thirds of all concerns immediately and provide comprehensive information.
Your questions about the city administration are answered, appointments are made, damage reports are recorded or forms are sent to you or filled out together with you.
If your concern requires processing in the specialist department, you can be connected there via the Service Center or a callback request can be recorded. Requests sent by e-mail or fax will be forwarded to the right department for processing.
As a subscriber to the Germany-wide public authority number, you can reach the Service Center under the number 115 from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00. This means that you will find a contact person beyond the general office hours of the city hall. |
