Would you also like to hold a public event in Wolfsburg? Then register it with the City of Wolfsburg. In order to minimize the effort for the organizer and to make the procedure clear, the approval is carried out "from a single source". To this end, the city of Wolfsburg has set up a coordination office that serves as a central point of contact for the organizer.
Since the end of 2014, the coordination committee for events (members: public order office, lower building supervisory authority, fire department and police) has been deciding on applications and documents to be submitted (e.g. event description, traffic concept, safety concept, extended safety concept).

First step: meet deadlines
In principle, the registration deadline for each event is six weeks before the start of the event.
ATTENTION: There is an exception for events with- more than 5,000 expected visitors/participants
- for events where the number of expected visitors exceeds one third of the population of the city of Wolfsburg or
- where there is an increased potential risk to public safety and order.

Second step: Fill out application form
In order to simplify the procedures, the responsible event organizer registers his event using the form above.

Third step: Submit application documents
The completed and signed form can be submitted to the Public Order Office by e-mail, fax or post:
