The tasks of urban planning include the planning, organization and design of the spatial and structural development of the city of Wolfsburg and its districts.

  The objective of Wolfsburg's urban planning is to upgrade and further develop the city center. With the Porschestrasse master plan, the subsequent reconstruction of the pedestrian zone and the current projects in the area of the Nordkopf, significant parts of the city center have already been redesigned and sustainably developed.

  If you have questions about a building project or building plot, the Bau-Bürger-Büro is responsible for you. As the lower building supervisory authority, the colleagues are available to advise you and issue the necessary building permits. Possible problems can often be eliminated in advance. This may save you a lot of time and unnecessary costs.
