Request to submit an extended certificate of good conduct


Dear (name of exercise instructor)

As a sports club in Wolfsburg, we are obligated to have you provide us with an
extended certificate of good conduct and to document this for the city of Wolfsburg.

This is a requirement in accordance with the guidelines of the City of Wolfsburg for the promotion of sports for work with children and young people in the context of your voluntary work in the club. The requirements according to § 30a (1) BZRG are therefore met.

I ask you to submit this letter and your identity card or
passport at your local registration office as soon as possible.
"extended certificate of good conduct" and to present this to me immediately after
immediately upon receipt.
