From Monday, November 4, until probably March 2025, the western promenade on Lake Allersee will be closed. As part of the construction work, a barrier-free toilet facility will be built and the paved path along the western shore of the lake will be renewed. A detour will be set up for pedestrians and cyclists from the south via Waldallee, which connects to the promenade on the northern shore, so that it will still be possible to walk around the Allersee.

The new paving will provide barrier-free access to the new toilet facilities. This will be accompanied by tree protection measures, the sealing in the area of the old toilet facility will be removed and the lighting will be renewed in line with current standards.
