As every second Sunday in September, the nationwide Open Monument Day will take place again this year. Under the motto Wahr-Zeichen. Contemporary Witnesses of History, monuments throughout Germany can be discovered from an exciting perspective on September 8. In Wolfsburg, the castle will be showing a very special side. The city administration's Lower Monument Protection Authority is preparing a colorful Sunday for citizens, guests and interested parties in and around the city's namesake monument.
