Note on the vacation period
The best time of the year is just around the corner and with it the question of valid ID cards and passports.
For all those who want to renew their documents in time for the summer vacations, the city of Wolfsburg's citizen services are once again offering ID card afternoons this year.
From 01.04.2025 to 30.06.2025, there will be additional opening hours on Wednesdays from 13:00 to 15:00.
Interested citizens should report to the registration and licensing office, Porschestr. 49, 38440 Wolfsburg, Town Hall B, Room B 015 from 12:45 p.m. It is not necessary to make an appointment in advance, but waiting times should be expected. As always, complete documents will get you to your destination quickly.
The processing contingent on these afternoons is limited. We therefore recommend that you register early and also expect that your request cannot be processed on the selected day. Therefore, please also look for a regular appointment now in our online appointment system https://termin.stadt.wolfsburg.de/
The fast-track counter is only open for this service on these days. Other matters can be dealt with during the regular opening hours of the town hall.
We look forward to your visit
