One element of this is that we offer our trainees a permanent employment contract from the second year of their training as a social pedagogical assistant. This offers you a financial framework during your training and a secure career start after graduation.

In line with our pedagogical concept, you as a trainee can also contribute your strengths and interests, help shape and make an impact in your institution. Our teams do not differentiate between first, second or third employees, but work on an equal and appreciative basis. During your training, you will be given tasks and responsibilities that match your level of development. This means you can "hit the ground running" as a fully-fledged specialist with plenty of practical experience after you graduate.

Of course, an experienced specialist will be at your side as a practical mentor during your training. The practical mentors at the municipal KiTas are networked across all facilities and are constantly working to improve the quality of guidance and cooperation with the vocational schools. As a provider, we even offer our own training courses on the topic of practical guidance. Our own specialist advisory service also listens to our trainees and offers regular appointments for support and reflection.
