Children are allowed to be children! They create their own paths in their first early childhood educational institution with us. Their individual development is at the heart of everything we do. We engage in an appreciative dialog with all families to promote the child's development.

Together we grow and mature - for an excellent future worth living.

The Early Excellence approach in combination with open work is the best way for us to fulfill this mission. That is why all our facilities work according to these educational principles.

All employees at our municipal daycare centers receive training on the Early Excellence concept, pedagogical strategies, observation procedures and have the opportunity to train as an EE specialist or even an EE consultant.

This way of working not only has an impact on the way we interact with children and parents: The consistent positive basic attitude, needs orientation and culture of trust also characterize the cooperation within the team. At the municipal KiTas you can expect:

The majority of our KiTas work openly and successfully in the kindergarten sector (and some also in the crèche sector).

Grow and mature

The employees of the municipal daycare centers in Wolfsburg have developed a documentation process called "Wachsen & Reifen" ("Grow & Mature") that does justice to the Early Excellence approach and is also easy to implement in everyday working life. Here, too, the focus is on a positive view of the child's developmental steps.
